M1 Adana Shopping Centre, opened in 2000 which has been the first shopping centre in the South-eastern Anatolia Region, was sold after a tender. The process was completed in January 2023. Erdemoğlu Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. became the new owner of the property.
