Sale of M1 Gaziantep shopping centre completed!

It has come to an end at the sales process of M1-Gaziantep Shopping Mall, a joint investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties. The property with a 137.682 m² of land and 54.602 m² of leasable area was sold to Erdemoğlu Project Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. company.

Opened in 1999, M1 Gaziantep Shopping Centre, which is the first shopping centre in the South-eastern Anatolia Region, was sold after a tender and the process was completed in January 2023. Erdemoğlu Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. became the new owner of the property.

M1 Gaziantep Shopping Centre, a joint real estate investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties, with a land area of 137.682 m² and a leasable area of 54.602 m², offers comfortable, fun and affordable shopping opportunities to visitors of all ages with its single-storey architecture, large open car park area, cinema, game centre, amusement park, as well as the largest clearance stores in the region.
