Sale of M1 Kartal shopping center has been completed!

Construction permit for M1 Kartal Shopping Center and a 61 thousand m² of housing area to be combined with a new shopping centre, has been sold to Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Atar Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu (Re-Pie Portfolio Management Co. Atar Real Estate Investment Fund).

The tender process has started in June 2021 and completed in October 2021. M1 Kartal Shopping Centre has been a retail park and a shopping center, having met needs of Kartal District and its residents in the region for 20 years.

The real estate strategy has been to design a mixed-use project that contains a residence and a shopping center where its immediate surroundings can meet their needs and spend their leisure time.

Developed in 2021 and will impressively contribute to the transformation of the region into a living center, the project was sold within the scope of a tender process. The last leasing agreement for M1 Kartal Shopping Center was executed with the tenant Anpa Grossmarket on February 1st, 2021.
