Sale of M1 Konya shopping centre completed!

It has come to an end at the sales process of M1 Adana Shopping Mall, a joint investment of METRO PROPERTIES Türkiye and Fiba Commercial Properties. The property with a 180.000 m² of land and 52.000 m² of leasable area was sold to Erdemoğlu Project Proje Müşavirlik İnşaat A.Ş. company.

The sale of M1 Konya Shopping Mall, which was opened in 2003 and is the first modern shopping centre in Konya, was completed in January 2024 by tender. The new owner of the property is Erdemoğlu Project Consultancy Construction Inc.

M1 Konya Shopping Mall, which is a joint real estate investment of METRO PROPERTIES Turkey and Fiba Commercial Properties, on a land of 180.000 m² and with a leasable area of 52.000 m²; It offers a shopping experience where it is possible to find everything from clothing to technology, from grocery to white goods within rich options.
