M1 Kartal Shopping Centre

M1 Kartal Shopping Centre is the first big retail park and shopping mall in Anatolian Side. Featuring an outlet besides regular retail units where national brands as well as large-scale brands such as Praktiker, Tepe Home, Real are included, it has been a large commercial centre spreading on two neighbouring plots. While the plot where the Outlet and Praktiker were located on was transformed to a new project in 2014 to be developed as a residential and commercial mixed-use property, the other plot where the shopping centre containing Real is also being developed as a residential and shopping centre mixed-use project.
